While we know that you will love the quality of our pillows, we understand that until you get the pillows into your space, it can be hard to know if a specific pattern will work with your decor.
That’s why we offer free returns on pillows up to 2 weeks after purchase, assuming they are still in brand new condition.
Return them to our brick & mortar or ship them back to us, whatever is easiest.

If you would like to pick up your order at our brick and mortar location in Mishawaka, IN you may select the “In-Store Pickup” delivery option in checkout (instead of a shipping option and address). In-Store Pickup is free.

Orders are eligible for local delivery if the order total is a minimum of $20 & the ship to address falls within a 10 mile radius of our brick & mortar location. If your order meets that criteria, you will be offered local delivery as a shipping option.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. You may not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.
The item must not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
