In 1878 the Mishawaka Woolen Company, located on the shores of the St. Joseph River, invented the all-knit boot.
Putting a black band with a red ball at the top of each boot led to the company’s “Red Ball” and “Ball Band” trademarks, and Mishawakans began referring to the factory as “the Ball Band.”
Ball Band was synonymous with Mishawaka for many years, at one point employing over 9,000 employees. The factory stood where The Mill & Beutter Park stand today.
We pay tribute to the manufacturing giant that helped make Mishawaka known around the world with our Ball Band shirt. The design was inspired directly by the Ball Band logo from the wooden crate the boots & shoes were shipped in.

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. You may not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.
The item must not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
