      HOW DOES ONLINE BAKERY ORDERING WORK?

      Orders placed before Wednesday 11:30pm eastern will be ready for pickup or delivery on Friday.


      You will be notified via email or text when your order is ready.

      We bust our buns to have all online orders ready by the time we open at 11 am. YUM!

      All of bakery orders can be picked up during our open hours at:

      CAN YOU DELIVER MY BAKERY ORDER?

      Yes! We can deliver on Friday. 

      Bakery orders are eligible for local delivery if the order total is a minimum of $20 & the ship to address falls within a 10 mile radius of our brick & mortar location. 

      If your order meets that criteria, you will be offered local delivery as a shipping option when you checkout. 


      CAN I ORDER ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY? 

      Yes, but if you order online on Friday or Saturday, your order will not be ready until the following Friday. 



      WE ALWAYS HAVE FRESH PASTRIES & BREAD ON FRIDAYS


      If you didn’t have time to place your online order, it’s all good!

      We always have a delicious assortment of pastries & bread that arrive on Fridays that you can simply walk in & purchase. 

      Of course, we recommend arriving early for the best selection.

      Prompt shipping and expert packing

      We offer a wide range of shipping options owing to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will undergo an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being delivered. We deliver to thousands of customers each day in different countries. This shows our commitment to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world. Warehouses and distribution centres can be found in Europe and the USA.

      Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a particular processing period dependent on the particular item.


      Before shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is 3 to 7 days.


      Returns


      Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. You may not receive your order after it has been placed.


      Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.


      The item must not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
